Cydney Winters is a passionate and skilled Tucson hairstylist with seven years of experience in the industry. She has been an integral part of the Salon Renaissance team for six years, where she found not just a place to grow her career, but also a community that feels like home. “I believe that everything happens for a reason, and it was where I needed to be, to not just help me with my career but help me find myself,” she shares. Cydney’s favorite part of working at this Tucson salon is the sense of community and the welcoming ambiance, which make every day a joy.

Specializing in lived-in color, foliage, balayage, and hand-tied extensions, Cydney’s expertise as a Tucson hairdresser shines through in her signature blendy balayage and beachy curls. “I can’t get enough of lived-in color and hand-tied extensions,” she says. As a Tucson native, she finds inspiration in the desert landscapes and the close-knit community, where everyone seems to be connected. “You start to really connect with people that you haven’t seen in years, and there’s something super special about that,” she adds. This connection allows her to make her clients feel beautiful and valued during their time in her chair.

Cydney’s dedication to her clients is evident in the long-lasting relationships she has built over the years.

“I’ve seen my girls get engaged, married, pregnant, become mamas, aunts, grandmas, get new jobs, graduate,” she recounts.

Her professional achievements include working at New York Fashion Week in 2017 and being part of Salon Renaissance’s third renovation. Outside of hairstyling, Cydney loves cooking, trying new workout classes, and spending time with her loved ones and her dog, Beba. Her approach to hairstyling is personalized, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Looking ahead, Cydney aspires to teach on a big stage and continue growing professionally by stepping out of her comfort zone and embracing new challenges in the ever-evolving beauty industry.
